This is her story... “I'm a sophomore at KSU in Animal Science / pre-vet. I love living at K-State, especially in Smurthwaite Scholarship house because of the instant

40 sisters that I gained as soon as I got here. I'm from Kansas City, where I live with my dad.
Back home we have two cats, a calico named Gracie and a grey tabby named Jasmine. Gracie is the cat my mom chose from the local shelter where I volunteered for many years. Jasmine was a stray that was brought in to the vet clinic where I work in the worst shape I've ever seen a cat. She spent three months in the hospital but now she's a very beautiful, happy and spoiled cat.
I absolutely love volunteering at Purrfect Paws because the atmosphere is so positive

and all of the cats are amazing. Going out each week is a wonderful way for me to recharge by being able to help others and at the same time relax with the positive energy from the cats.
I am so in awe of everything that Jinna does for the cats and it is such a blessing to be able to be a part of her mission.”
